Diana Mallett (b. 1981) has been a member of the Claraty Arts Project since 2010. “I wanted to paint the first time I saw art.” The process of painting and her progress inspires her. Her small scale abstract pieces reveal her energetic, playful spirit.
Her large scale paintings invite discovery of her mark. Circles, dots and spontaneous brush strokes unify through an overarching pixelated process that transforms into landscapes and portraits.
